Ron Mitchell is a three-time NZ Songwriting Award finalist, Tui nominee and is described by NZ Musician as an artist with, "both cowboy boots planted firmly on the honky tonk stage.” Hailing from New Zealand’s country music capital of Gore, Ron is known for his low, rich voice and songs that connect instantly with rural communities wherever he plays.
